How do I list my business on Uzway?

Easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Click “Add Listing”

  2. Fill out your business details: name, category, location, contact, hours, and description

  3. Add photos or logos and others for a more professional look

  4. Submit — your listing will go live shortly after approval!



Can I update my business info later?

Absolutely. Once you claim your business, you can log into your dashboard any time to:

  • Edit your hours or contact info

  • Add promotions or coupons

  • Respond to reviews

  • Track engagement with your listing



How can I search for services near me?

Just head to the Uzway homepage and use the search bar, filter and the map:

How do I pay for a plan?

Paying is simple:

  1. Choose your desired package and click “Add to Cart.”

  2. And click “View Cart.” and proceed to checkout. Choose to pay it with UZW to get a 50% discount!

  3. Pay securely using a supported payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, or other regional methods if available).

  4. Once payment is confirmed, your plan activates immediately.



Is there a free trial?

Uzway doesn’t currently offer a free plan. We are working on a free plan with 5 % sales fee.



Do packages auto-renew?

No — Uzway plans do not auto-renew by default. You will receive reminders near your expiration date with the option to renew manually.



Can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel anytime, but refunds are not issued once a plan is active unless there’s a technical issue on Uzway’s end. For special cases, contact support at office@uzway.com.
