App: Tunes UZWay (the “App”).

  • Avatar (if you provide an image/link).

  • Device/app details (app version, OS version) for troubleshooting.
  • Network-related data (e.g., IP address) as part of normal server operation and abuse prevention.

1.3 Usage information

  • Favorites and related actions (adding/removing stations).
  • Friends and friend requests (if you use social features).

1.4 What we do not request

The App is not designed to collect special categories of personal data (such as health or biometric data) and does not require them.

2) Why we use information

  • To provide core features: discover and listen to radio stations, manage favorites.
  • To provide account features: sign up/sign in, profile, social features (friends).
  • To provide support and respond to requests.
  • To maintain security and prevent abuse.

3) Legal bases

  • Contract (providing the service you request).
  • Legitimate interests (security, debugging, service reliability).
  • Consent where required by law for specific processing.

4) Sharing

We may use third-party infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting) to operate the App. We do not sell personal information.

Radio streams and related assets (stream URLs, icons) may be hosted by third parties. When you play a stream, you interact with third-party resources.

5) Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or until account deletion where applicable, subject to legal requirements and backups.

6) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Your rights

  • Request access to your information and a copy.
  • Correct inaccurate information.
  • Delete your account and associated data (see “Account Deletion”).
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where provided by law.

8) Children

The App is not intended for children under the age required by local law without parental consent.
